Rose has always been passionate about design, fashion, and interior design. In 9th grade, she developed an interest in jewelry making, creating charm necklaces that received enthusiastic feedback from peers. With entrepreneurial ambition, she sought mentorship to transform her creative hobby into a sustainable business that could generate profit while making a positive impact through charitable giving.

Rose aims to grow IYK Jewels' impact by expanding her charity partnerships beyond Every Mother Counts, with a target of donating over $10,000 to maternal health and other causes by the end of 2025. She plans to develop seasonal collections with dedicated charity components, explore wholesale opportunities with boutique retailers, and build a sustainable business model that combines profit with purpose.
