What They Set Out To Do

At the start of her freshman year, Carson was eager but uncertain about her interests. Our first goal was to help her identify a meaningful area of passion—which became financial empowerment for women. From there, we focused on developing her leadership, project management, and accountability skills to turn that passion into action. Together, we worked on writing and publishing an op-ed, founding a club, and launching her first-ever Ladies Who Launch Summit—all within her first year of high school. The goal was to build confidence, clarity, and momentum—and Carson has done just that.

The Perfect Match

From the beginning, Carson demonstrated a persistence and that really impressed Audrey as a persistent, hustler entrepreneur herself. Audrey loved seeing this flame of potential in Carson and was committed to nurturing it further.</div></div><div class="match-item"><div class="apercu-mono-pro-700 _20">Inclination to Lead</div><div class="inter-400 _16 left-align text-black-80">As CEO of Curious Cardinals and a leader of many clubs/orgs when she was younger, Audrey recognized Carson's desire to lead and wanted to champion that. Carson showed no problem leading her club, giving clear instructions, providing feedback, and then crushing the Summit day as the true leader she is!</div></div></div>
