We create a student profile with you during the consultation call to keep up with your student’s progress and goals. It is meant to capture their personality and interests, qualities a student would want in their dream mentor, with a learning proposal, and a clear definition of success for their engagement with Curious Cardinals. We use the student profile to “pitch” their prospective mentor on the opportunity to work with your student. This allows us to properly set expecations so the mentor specifically knows how to best support your student and think of it almost as a contract that Curious Cardinals and their mentor are held accountable to fulfill.
